So I mailed back my defective needles two or three weeks ago with shipping confirmation. They were delivered Saturday, January 18, and yesterday I got my replacement needles. The replacements look smooth so I assume they'll function fine, the only thing I'm a bit miffed about is that when Sheila, from Skacel Returns, emailed me telling me to send them to her for a replacement, she'd said that she'd also "include a gift for your inconvenience." She must have forgotten. But she raised my expectations!
