Caviar

DH has been fishing recently and I came across a recipe to turn the roe into caviar. Basically, after separating the roe from a membrane sacks, you soak it in a salt water solution (1/2c kosher salt to 1L water) for 10 minutes. The results have been fantastic and now whenever we have a fish with roe in it, it won't be wasted!
