Recently I've become obsessed with things you can cook in the rice cooker that aren't, per se, rice. Like the Tomato Rice recipe. But this is a completely different animal--cake! I opted for the easiest option and used Bisquick pancake mix. My rice cooker is very small so I used the smallest amount and two cycles in the rice cooker. With a blueberry/lemon zest sauce it was amazing!
